Shipping and Delivery

Reliable shipping companies deliver our products. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been confirmed and paid for. Please keep this information handy to view the status of your order or when communicating with us regarding your order.

Once your order has been confirmed, please allow 7-10 business days for regular delivery. For international deliveries, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Free delivery is offered on purchases of $150 CAD or more. A flat shipping rate of $10 CAD applies to orders under $150 CAD.

Although we strive to ensure timely deliverance of our products, should circumstances beyond our control prevent the delivery of any product or cause a delay in delivering a product, TISSH BY GLORIA LEE shall not be held responsible.

Exchange/Return Policy - I LOVE TISSH Guarantee

If you don't love your purchase, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days from date of delivery. Exchanges/returns are accepted on garments/accessories provided they are in their original condition, have not been worn, altered, used and/or damaged, and are accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days from date of delivery. Please note the buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned merchandise.

Please follow the instructions provided in your shipment for exchanges/returns. Refunds will be issued in the same format as was used for payment.

Exchanges are subject to availability. Please contact our sales team prior to completing your exchange, as outlined in the Exchange/Return Guide in your shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse any merchandise that does not meet any of the requirements for exchanges/returns at our sole discretion.

Products available on this Site are subject to availability and may become out-of-stock from time to time. We aim to keep the most up-to-date information available on our Site, however if any requested items for purchase are not available, we will advise you.

Taxes and Duties

The buyer is responsible for paying the applicable sales tax (HST, GST and/or PST if shipped to a Canadian address) and any customs/duty fees if shipped to an international address outside of Canada.
